I felt a little bad when the other students staying on base were complaining about the mold, bugs, and temperature of the base lodging...

No—there is no security deposit. We simply require a valid card on file to confirm your reservation and cover any incidental charges during your stay.
Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with community policy. A one-time non-refundable fee may apply.
Yes—when booking, you’ll be able to select from the available unit types (studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom) based on your travel dates. Specific units are assigned based on availability.
Will I be required to sign a lease?
No—there is no lease required. All terms and conditions for your stay are outlined on the booking page and must be agreed to before confirming your reservation.
We are proud to offer you a "crash pad" like experience, but all to yourself -- a service that is hard to find in the market. However, if you want to share a space with a friend, ask us about our 2-bedroom availability.
You do not! Per Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Table 2-14, row 6 (pg 2-28), travelers may choose to use lodging options other than Government quarters. The caveat to "denying" Government quarters is that "... the Service member is limited to the reimbursement cost of Government quarters on the assigned TDY installation." (table 2-15, row 1 pg 2-29). With this in mind, we make sure to charge the same rate as lodging on base. In other words, your stay will be completely reimbursed because our rate and your lodging per diem rate are the same.
Note: Out of our 70 plus guests (and counting), we have yet to see anyone not be reimbursed for their stay.
Negative. Your TDY program may or may not be proactive in securing lodging for you on-base. If this is the case, you may need to call and simply let them know you're not staying with them. Beyond that, we recommend not contacting them.
Per the JTR, you don't need anyone's permission to include finance, squadron RA or DTS AO. You are well within the rules to deny government quarters and stay off base.
The short answer is that nothing changes the process. If you are unsure, reach out and we will walk you through all the steps.
We do not charge any fees upfront to book, including a security deposit. However, like anywhere else you would stay, guests are liable for any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear during their stay.
We understand that last minute "thrash" happens often when it comes to TDYs with orders, training dates, etc. Therefore, we do not impose any cancellation fees on guests. Our only ask is that you keep us updated as soon as possible.
Will I be required to sign a lease?
When you book, you will be required to accept the rental terms and conditions. Please be sure to look them over before your arrival. They will also be attached in your confirmation email.
We do not allow pets of any kind at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Absolutely! One of the advantages of staying in one of our furnished apartments is that you get your own private space to enjoy with any loved ones joining you. There are no additional fees, but we ask that you let us know if you're bringing your family when you book.
We accept the GTC and all major credit cards. When you book, you will be asked to store a card on file. This card will be charged at the end of every month of your stay (or on your departure day, if different).
Yes, as long as we have the availability. Simply state which floorplan you prefer in the booking notes and we'll do our best to make it happen.
